She gave me clear directions in what I needed to do to sell my house and left me to complete at my own pace. Once I was ready, the whole process was too easy! My house was sold in 2 days. Yes, the market was in my favour at the time, but no doubt she left the same professional, relaxed impression on the buyers too. Laylah and the team are amazing.3 months ago we were looking for a rental and Laylah was so helpful, luckily we ended up renting through century21. Excellent local knowledge plus unique strategy- gets reaultsJosh has a unique approach to selling houses and it’s ultimately built on getting foot traffic through the door and driving interest in a property. His knowledge and experience locally allowed us to have a pretty understanding of where we sat in the market but not wanting to rule out anything we were open to his strategy.
