Most of the staff were friendly.. the dryer didnt work and they didnt follow up on that..also the toilet water leaking through the 7 night.. was annoying to know thats water wasting.. i had to imagine it was running river to calm my nerves down.. and to fall asleepother than that the view was spectacular..

M502. An absolutely gorgeous apartment, with amazing views.Yes there is a lot of amenities in this apartment, but it lacks the basic things that a 5 star property should have. Most budget motels have a hair dryer, Wi-Fi, Foxtel, a clothes horse ( not all clothing can be put in the dryer).Thankyou for all the other things that are here for our use as well.Cherry. 20th March 2017

Over the last two month I was able to call the observation rise my home.This is definitely the monst beautiful place to stay in Perth.The staff is very friendly and the location is just great.Thanks a lot for this experience.

Lovely apartments with top facilities. Older building so better build compared to new apartments. Minus would be road noise from cars and bikes on weekends

An amazing complex, with lots of modern amenities and all well maintained. e.g. Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool and Gym. The staff are friendly and professional and were extremely helpful. Most importantly the Rise has the most amazing view of Scarborough Beach. p.s. Access to West Coast Highway can be difficult during peak hour times and I suggest entry down Scarborough Beach road along the foreshore. Have fun and enjoy your stay!
